This stylish and spacious boutique style villa will accommodate six discerning guests. It is nestled into the exclusive hillside of Komerluk. In an elevated position overlooking Kalkan bay and the harbour, you can enjoy peace and tranquillity with beautiful views and sunsets whilst being just a short stroll into bustling Kalkan with its fabulous roof top restaurants, bars and up market shops.

The villa is located about 100 metres from the sea with steps that take you directly down to a small cove and smart daytime beach club with simply the best calamari in town!

The villa has been designed, built and furnished to an extremely high specification and comfort. Sleeping six in comfort and perfect for families or couples alike, the villa is particularly well equipped both internally and externally with total relaxation and comfort in mind and includes a large private swimming pool (10 X 5 metres) with a shallow end with Roman Steps and a deep end of 2.1 metres, with views right out to sea.

Of note are the beautiful stone walls and limestone sunbathing and eating terraces throughout, complete with a special ‘magic garden’ that provides a comfortable and fragrant Ottoman style lounging area to retreat to when the sun becomes too hot or, at night, to watch the stars and activity in the harbour. Externally the property offers a BBQ, wooden sun lounges, large umbrellas, dining table and chairs, shower and comfortable seating areas. All the arches and pool light up at night to provide that perfect ambience for a relaxing holiday.

Inside

Internally the villa has cool marble floors and is air conditioned throughout. All windows and doors have heat reflective glass and fitted insect screens. Upstairs the 3 bedrooms (two doubles and one twin) all with fabulous views out to sea are well equipped and furnished and include hairdryers. They have balconies with more comfortable seating on which to enjoy that first cup of tea in the morning. There are 3 spacious wet room style bathrooms with power showers and shaving sockets.

Downstairs there is an extremely spacious airy open-plan living area which  is arranged around a beautiful stone feature fireplace and furnished to a high standard and providing a growing collection of paperbacks, magazines and games. There is a TV with Satellite and  DVD & CD players are also provided along with broadband internet connection.

The third bathroom is situated off the living area and contains a wet room style power shower, WC and basin.

The kitchen is really well equipped with beautiful marble work surfaces, Bosch appliances including a full size gas hob, electric oven with extractor, microwave, kettle, toaster, juicer, cafetiere's, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and board.

There are lots of glasses and crockery, cutlery and sharp knives, BBQ tools etc. All bed linen, towels and beach towels are supplied.

The dining table seats 8 and there is even a sofa in the kitchen so that guests can keep the cook company! The room leads directly out to one of the external dining areas.
